COVID-19 Update

We have now made provision for our teams to work from home and all email and telephone enquiries will be picked up as normal. 

To ensure your email enquiry is directed to the correct person, please note the options below:

  • If you have a maintenance enquiry please contact us at maintenance@tirlettings.co.uk.  Please note that we will not be attending to any non-urgent repairs.  When you email please provide as much information as possible about the issue to help our Property Managers assess the situation and determine if a contractor is required.  Remember, we should not be putting you or anyone else at risk of infection.  Please confirm if you or anyone in your household has been confirmed as having the virus or is self-isolating for any other reason.
  • If you have a query about your rent account or you are experiencing financial difficulty, please contact us at collections@tirlettings.co.uk.  Someone from our Collections Team will be in touch to take as much information as possible before referring to your landlord.  If you have lost your job, we will require evidence of that so please have it to hand to save any delays.
  • If you are enquiring about any of our properties, please contact us at enquiries@tirlettings.co.uk.  We are only conducting video viewings at this time and will follow up with a viewing at the property as soon as we possibly can.
  • If you are a landlord, supplier or contractor with an enquiry, please contact us at accounts@tirlettings.co.uk.  
  • Our out of hours emergency line is still operational – you can reach us on 07907 909761.  Please ensure you only call the number for a real emergency.  If it can wait until the following morning then please email the maintenance mailbox above.
