"I live in Cornwall so owning and letting a property in Sheffield could easily be a logistical challenge but TIR Lettings reduced the hassle massively for me. In 2019 I decided my flat needed some attention as the boiler had broken and redecoration was essential in order to find a another good tenant. I had a very busy full time job at the time so TIR took on the organisation of the work and coordination of the contractors. It was a weight off my mind and once the work had been completed TIR arranged for photographs to be taken and advertised the flat for rent at an increased monthly rent.
